Terms of Service

Myra (“the Service”) is an email assistant operated by Myra (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Service connects to your Gmail account to read, summarize, and help you respond to emails. By using Myra, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Myra. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@frommyra.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

You grant Myra permission to access your Gmail account using Google OAuth 2.0 for the purpose of reading, summarizing, and helping you respond to emails. You can revoke this permission at any time from Settings or directly through your Google account security settings.

Myra accesses only what is necessary to provide the Service. We do not store raw email content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your use of Myra is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Myra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your email data; you grant us only the limited license necessary to operate the Service.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@frommyra.com.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
